Order requests ·

Your bag creates an order request. You must send the message in WhatsApp; opening WhatsApp does not send it automatically. The pharmacy confirms stock, exact packaging, final price, payment arrangements and delivery availability before accepting an order. No card payment is collected on this website.

Medicines ·

Prescription products require pharmacist review and a valid prescription where applicable. Product names and images identify catalogue items; confirm the exact strength, pack and suitability with our pharmacist. Arabic catalogue translations are for navigation. The original English product name, strength and item code remain available.

Your information ·

Checkout stores the name, mobile number, delivery address, order lines and notes you provide for pharmacy fulfilment. Those records are visible only to authorised pharmacy management. Sending the prepared message shares the same details with the pharmacy through WhatsApp, which operates under its own privacy terms. Please avoid putting medical reports or unnecessary sensitive information in order notes.

Local preferences ·

Your language and unfinished shopping bag are saved on your device. Your contact information is not saved in browser storage. Product photos may be served from their source websites. Partner links open separate services.

Delivery, changes & returns ·

Contact the pharmacy before payment to confirm delivery coverage, any charge, estimated arrival, changes or return eligibility. Do not assume an item can be returned after purchase.
